Jason Campbell (QB) - Redskins

When we asked Jason Campbell if he thought he could ever be clear of his father’s shadow (Bruce Campbell, from “Army of Darkness” fame), he told us: “Fuck you. You fucking assholes.” Obviously a touchy subject. We don’t blame him. Army of Darkness is the tits. It’s hard to live up to that.

Chris Henry (RB) - Tennessee Titans

Henry was very inconsistent in college. His powerful size/speed combination was on display at the NFL Scouting Combine, with 4.4 forty time at 233 pounds. That showing propelled him from a late round flier to a first day pick. He is now in the position to be a starting NFL back if he can beat out the fat turd LenDale White. We think he can and get 1000 yards and 8 TDs in the process.

Carnell Williams (RB) - Buccaneers

Williams had back problems that plagued him throughout the 2006 season. He then ended the season with a foot injury, and one of the most disappointing sophomore seasons one could have expected. We think that this is all behind him though, and expect Carnell “Sweet Pea” Williams to return to respectable form in 2007.

Randy McMichael (TE) St. Louis Rams

McMichael returns to Scott Linehan’s offense once again. While the Rams have been notorious for underutilizing the tight end position in the past, expect that to change this year. McMichael was always successful under Linehan, there’s no reason to think he won’t be again, with a better supporting cast.

Deion Branch (WR) - Seahawks

We don’t necessary think Branch is that good of a WR. However he is in a WR friendly system and is the #1 WR on the roster. So that alone makes him a candidate to exceed expectations in 2007. We expect 1200 yards and 10 TDs out of Branch in 2007.
