Barlow has always been a favorite at MoSneaky. We have always loved his ability to get the job done from short yardage. He is a great inside runner with a knack for the end zone. We see Barlow beating out Davenport and filling the Bettis role in the Steelers offense in 2007. We don’t expect alot of yards however 8 TDs is well within reach.

The Break Out Explained

Barlow is not a feature back. He does not have the speed to get outside but he is a great inside runner. Finally, a team will use him to his strength and let him shine in a role. He is a great complement to Parker and will get the ball at the goal line. We expect him to revive the Bettis role on offense and to contribute in the passing since he has good hands.

The Risk Factor:

Motivation and attitude has always worked against Barlow over the years. He needs to understand his role on the team and concentrate on excelling within that role. He has been confused in the past as thinking he is a featured back, which he is not. This confusion has lead to his struggles in past situations.

The Strategy:

Barlow is only an option in TD only leagues. He is a decent 3rd RB with the intent on starting him only on bye weeks.
